I offer goal-directed psychotherapy, promoting competence and self-assurance in day-to-day problems; and insight-oriented exploration for greater self-awareness, understanding, and self-actualization. My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative; my hope is that you and I will work together to find the solutions and relief that you need.

$130 per session; sliding scale available.

Monday and Tuesday 8:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
