We offer a variety of holistic healing modalities:  Five Element Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Medical Qigong, and Yoga.  With each of these modalities, we provide personalized treatments and education, and focus on integrating the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.  Integrating these levels allows us to heal and manifest one's true self.

Natural Awakenings Northeast Florida 1/2010 - present

Acupuncture
 * Initial acupuncture consultation with Oriental physical exam, and acupuncture treatment (approximately 2 hours) $160
 * Subsequent acupuncture treatments (approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours) $80
 * Awakening Package (initial consultation and acupuncture treatment, plus two subsequent acupuncture treatments) $300 paid at the first session
 * Wellness Package (four subsequent acupuncture treatments) $300 paid at the first of the four sessions

Chinese Herbs
 * Initial herbal consultation with Oriental physical exam (approximately 1 hour) $80
 * Subsequent herbal follow-up appointments (approximately 1 hour) $80
 * Enlightening Package (initial herbal consultation, plus three herbal follow-up appointments) $300 paid at first session
 * Yin Yang Package (four herbal follow-up appointments) $300 paid at the first of the four sessions
 * Cost of herbs $10 - $25 per week

Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs

Yoga
